Good book, but many topics are not clear and very confusing!. error chapter 15 Looking for a textbook to help my engineering students learn useful excel tools, I paid special attention to Chapter 15, which starts with a linkage example.The so-called Freudenstein equation is given wrongly there, missing one of the cosine dependencies that make the linkage loop equation a little messy. Such an error really dashes the credibility of the entire book, although I suppose the author probably gets the Excel commands all right.. Do not buy Eddie This book is riddled with errors. I downloaded errata sheets from the publisher/author website. But the book has lot more errors and typos in formulas, functions, charts etc than what's mentioned in the errata sheets. Explanations are incomplete and it is overall hard to follow. It is better to wait until there is a newer revised edition. I traded it in for a different excel book.
