A good start Jeflair Its a kind of a book which helps a person to start of with sketching and drawing. Before reading or getting to use this book one surely needs to have some skills with the pencil. It only helps achieve a mindset and knowledge about the human anatomy. Well, that's what it's. This is a really good book! It has 200 illustrations which are extremely good. It starts with skeleton studies, goes over muscles and poses.Recommnedation for artists of all levels.. Worst Book! Phil M This is the worst book ever. None of the drawings are correct. The anatomy is completely wrong. And he has this weird habit of drawing heads extremely small with absolutely no space between the eyes/nose/mouth/chin. Terrible drawings.
