This is identical to their 2008 (and maybe earlier) version and seriously needs an update.Cons: Very easy questions, incomplete coverage, no index (unlike most PR books), hard to tell which is BC material, no diagnostic test, no multiple choice questions for different topic sections.Pros: Very good tutorials on the material with nice introductory questions. I teach AP Calculus, and I really like this book. The overview of calculus topics is pretty thorough and extremely clear. Before I cover new topics, I always take a look at the explanations in this book, which are generally more accessible than textbook explanations. I also often assign blocks of practice problems from the review section since the textbook I use is a little thin on practice. The practice tests are also very good, though the difficulty level may be a bit below what students will see on. Mr. Math Expert said Highly Recommended Book for Anyone Taking Calculus, AP or Not.. Read: 9/1"Highly Recommended Book for Anyone Taking Calculus, AP or Not." according to Mr. Math Expert. Read: 9/12Rate: 5/59/12: After working through the entirety of The Princeton Review: Cracking the AP Calculus AB & BC Exams, I found the explanations to be thoroughly clear and informative. Additionally, considering how many mathematics books I've worked on, I've never seen the details in the solutions to be so clear as I have with this one. I am very pleased with the overall knowledge that I've accrued from it. The topics I had struggled with the most in the past were Solids of Revolutions and Serie.
