"Awesome Thriller" according to PhoenixReigns00. I absolutely loved this book. Deadly Magnolia is an excellent book by a talented author. I love a thrilling and scary read and Crowell definitely delivers, big time. What happens with you combine the mystery of Cajun country, Haitian voodoo, a lusty killer and the mysterious death of the lovely Marielle? One amazing story. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good thriller, suspense or crime novel. In addition, this book has plenty of supernatural in it as well. Overall, a great read and I look forward to reading more by Arielle Crowell.. "keep an open mind and you will enjoy this book" according to Brenda. "Be careful whom you cross." according to Yellagirlgc. I received this book for free in exchange for a review.I love urban fiction/street lit and this book was very different from most books in those genres that I read. There was romance, mental health issues, crime, voodoo and a few other twist and turns. The writer makes it clear you should be careful whom you cross. Sometimes it's also best to know some background on those you cross as well. I liked this book and I'm looking forward to reading other books by Arielle Crowell.
