Not the latest rules Don't bother with it, it doesn't cover the latest rules. It's ok as it has a copy of ARRL's version of the frequency plan, but the FCC stuff is out of date.. Andy A said A must for Amateur Radio operators. This book is a must for any operator of Amateur Radios. The book is from ARRL, which is the leader in Amateur Radio materials. The book is thin, but the size of a sheet of paper - I would rather have a smaller, possibly thicker book to include in my go kit.I think the book is a little over priced at list as the entire regulations are available online for free and can be printed out. As of my review, there have been some changes to Part 97 - but nothing signif.
