"Be warned" according to Nurse Nancy NP. This was a very short read. It felt like 2 scenes and then it was over. Also, the cover lead me to think this was a bwwm book. It wasn't it featured 2 black characters from pre-colonial Africa.. "Captivating short read" according to Dream Weaver. I just wish it were longerrrrrr!!!!!!!This had the potential to be a great novel. The setting was there, the chemistry, the plot, THE CONFLICT! My goodness, this could've been so much more. Not only that but the era and country this was set in, so rare to find stories like this.
