How to eat with CKD, you just can't let your guard down. This book has a lot of character. Most of the recipes don't have tons of ingredients, making them quick and easy to prepare. So many renal disease online recipes are far to involved. This Kidney Health book also gives; a list of beverages; some cheese comparisons; commercial soup ideas;and the lettuce review did surprise me. The book is loaded with other helpful ideas to help get a CKD person on the right road.If I could make one suggestion, recipe books should. not very good Cornelia G. Moore it claims to be for kidney health, but a number of things in it are in exact opposite of what I am being told by doctors and others with PKD. and there are some very unhealthy for anyone items listed in it. I cannot respect her as an authority on the subject after going through the book.chocolate, tea and coffee are hard on the kidneys. only people without kidney disease should use any of those items. for that matter, it is said that Rosemary is also to hard on .
