Inspiring and motivating book What a very inspiring and motivating book I had Read! This book was a good resource and reminder of leadership and it importance. I appreciated much of what it had to say regarding making a first good impression, motivating staff and managing change; it also covered a effective delegating strategies and dealing with difficult people. You may find most of these topics familiar and you would be right, however it is easy reading and a good reminder of why leaders chose to lead. So much worth reading book!. This is one of those rare, life-changing books. I could not put it down. Initially thinking it was a book on leadership skills, I soon found it applied in all areas of my life. It is a quick read--written in novel form--but is very thought provoking and insightful. The title is somewhat misleading. I think this is a must-read for everyone: boss, employee, teacher, spouse, parent. I especially think it should be read by anyone who does any counseling. It will forever change the way I look at people and the way I interact with them.
