Amazon Customer said Five Stars. I have this and am reading it again. I bought these two copies for a friend.. Donald James. Parker said Not really a good novel but a great essay on real Christianity. Mr. Havner wrote a lot of books, but this one was supposedly his only novel. It is considered fiction because the storyline is made up (though I suspect there is a lot of real life in it). A rule to writing fiction is "show, don't tell." However the story is totally narrated by the pastor. There is no real time action or inte. Not Peace But a Sword D. L.
