"AN EYEWITNESS ACCOUNT" according to GK. Since I was on the naval blockade of Cuba way back in October of 1962, I really enjoyed reading October Fury, by Peter A. Hutchthausen. I found the book well worth the money, and I recommend it to other readers of naval history.Historians and authors ha. For old tin can sailors. Liked the accurate asw ops as described in the book on the Us Navy side. Russians had itbad Accurate asw evolutions on the old cans chasing down the Russian diesel a boats. Russians had it pretty bad and were left sitting out on a limb by Russian hierarchy.. Five Stars Harlan Fretheim Best account I have seen of this moment in history!!
