A Great find!!! J. Putnam I was introduced to this calender when I picked up a copy in a discount storeat Christmas in 2005. The comic strip was one I had never heard of. My thirteen year old son picked it up and could not stop laughing. Since then we are both big Pearls before Swine fans. The strip is intelligent and whacky at the same time. You can't help but fall in love with Pig and the Crocs are a hoot. I have purchased the books here on Amazon and they are a big hit also. Growing up I had the Peanuts strip which was great. So glad I came across Pearls . R. J. Saplis said Great addition to the daily comic. I was a big fan of the comic and now I get an extra dose of the crocodiles, 'zeebas', pig, and rat every day! It has only been a little over a week into the new year and I think I've laughed at every page. It is great to get a review of how the crocodiles move next door to the zebra and the start of that whole conflict. I'm looking forward to enjoying a little slice of Stephan Pastis humor every day.. Pearls Before Swine Calendar - a year of fun. Pearls Before Swine is probably the most intelligent and witty comic strip currently being published. I have been a huge fan since its debut and enjoy revisting many of the memorable and hilarious stips with my calendar. I find it very hard not to "peek" adhead to future days.
