Its about as thick as the end joint on my index f. "Great reference book that should be in every car, workshop, or office" according to Derek Lansing. If you don't have a copy (or 5) of this book around the house, you don't know what you're missing. It has just about everything.Keep one in the glove box of your car, put one on your desk, get a couple more to give to friends/family. Seriously, this is a great reference.For more in-depth reading (more than just looking up a value, for example) pick up Desk Ref as well. Desk Ref, Hard Cover. "Wow. I mean WOW" according to BH. No knowledge known to mankind has escaped the author's notice. It is all included in this book. If you have the time to look it's in here somewhere. Cannot express how impressed I am to have a pocket sized Encyclopedia of obscure and useful knowledge. Itis just that good.
