Dated, limited, includes irrelevant info Pennsylvania Reader I teach intro sociology. It's a challenging class for many students, so I am always looking for tips and tricks that can help them. This isn't that. Some of the basic, classic names and theories are included--but so are many names and ideas that your lectures and textbook are unlikely to discuss. Key concepts and, particularly, facts are missing. Updating seems to have stopped around 1980. The idea is good, but I can't recommend this version to other faculty or to students.. The Sociology Quickstudy Bar Chart is as I would have expected.I haven't taken the class yet to see how it helps with text prep.Will do so in the FALL. Product was shipped on time. THANKS!.
