If you like skiing you'll like this book.. "Great book - can't wait for the first snow fall!" according to Red Solomon. Good overview of the mechanics of skiing. Gently leads the reader through the process of becoming one with the mountain. As a life long skier, this was a great refresher but someone who has never been on a chairlift can certainly develop a clear mental image of the proper techniques before ever setting foot on the mountain.
