"Tage Frid on Joinery (volume 1)" according to Teak geek. Very comprehensive. Well detailed. I like the red-lined drawings of the joint cutting sequences. Some good ideas, and great tips on sharpening, jig making, etc. I had heard that this man was a master, and this volume is strong proof of such. I will likely be saving up to buy the other two volumes in the series. The book makes me want to get to practicing on some scrap wood, in hope that I can utilize the skills on a variety of future projects. Great coverage of com. Well-presented, step-wise instruction David I like the way that Tage Frid teaches some of the ways he approaches joinery. It's an older book, but I think the photos and illustrations are well done. I also like the fact that on a couple occasions, he talks about how to make things work when joints are a tiny bit off.. Richard Honebrink said Excellant Joinery. An excellant guide to making all sorts of unusual joints. By far the best instructions of any book I've seen. I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest or need in producing just about any type of joint in woorworking projects. If you follow the step by step instructins, you can't go wrong.
