If you loved Many Lives, Many Masters; you'll love this book! Ms.Lauria I read this book and immediately hired Jenny to work with her directly. This book quite literally BLEW MY MIND. Okay I should say I already knew about EFT and had worked with Alina Frank who gives some advance praise in the book. I knew how to use tapping to calm stress from my pregnancy and I understood how it helped chronic illness but I definitely did not understand the idea of Mining the Akash or the fact that my past lives had gifts that. In wonderland said Not what I was thinking. The title lets u think that u can do this. That they are going to teach or walk u through a process. But it is a group of stories of what people have experienced during sessions. At the end they tell us to go find someone one to guide u on your road of soul knowledge. The stories are interesting but that is not why I got the book. It's like a teaser. This is what things u might find out and at the end u see this is where to go and what to sea.
