A great read! I bought this book for my sister as she wanted to read something on my kindle and I have to say that she loved it! She told me I had to read it afterwards, and after initial skepticism as I wasn't sure if it was my kind of book, I really got into it. Hamilton's cast of characters and beautiful descriptions of the land of Vaal come together to make a gripping story that I could hardly put down. My only complaint is that I want more, and I look forward to any of Mr. Hamilton's future works.. Captivating JoshT Having read the harry potter's i didn't think i'd be able to enjoy another younger aimed book as much as i have this one. From the onset i was enthralled by this book. I'm find myself wanting to read further and further into the night, surprising myself by how close to finishing the book i am! I find it hard to believe this is the just the first novel from Mr.Hamilton, his writing style seems that of a much more experienced writer. I look forward to seeing what he writes next.. "Loved it!" according to By Me!. The howling throne was a so wonderful book, full of twists and turns. I read this book in a day, and this book will remain in my heart. I'm surprise that this book have made it to the shelves of book stores. I deeply reccomend this book, for those who seek courage, sacrifice, within the pages of a book.
