Transportation-minded author Paul Collicutt ("This Train," "This Plane") keeps things moving in this better than expected book about all kinds of trucks. He cleverly engages his toddler or early grade school audience by showing them a picture with which they can identify--A boy in a sandbox playing with a truck. Then, Collicutt ups the inter. both mom and kid love this book My toddler and I both enjoy this book. The pictures are realistic and colorful, and the trucks are shown in all kinds of situations. There's lots of instructional content: have you seen a "truck" that carries rockets? We checked tout his book from the library, and now really want to own one. Will definitely check Collicutt's other books!
