Get going from the start. Mulle The book is very good, as it tells you all about the workout you are going to do on the DVD. The workout are short and easy to do. So on days with little or hardly any time for a workout this is the DVD/workouts you should be doing. It will make you feel really good, and you know that you did something good for yourself, even if it was only for maybe 15 min.. Kaygee said While the book is very explanatory, it is difficult. While the book is very explanatory, it is difficult to complete the movements without someone guiding you. The CD that was supposed to accompany this book, thus making it easier to perform the exercises, was missing from this book. Therefore, I have been unable to make use of this book, though I was looking forward to receiving it.
