A good supplement to the primary study of these more challenging keys. Vol I of "Seventy-Eight Duets" includes keys consistent with Vol I of the Rubank Advanced Method books. All books mentioned are fantastic for the developing flutist and clarinetist. I'm lucky in that I have 1 child playing each instrument, making the duets volumes a wonderful diversion from the daily drills. Highly recommended.. Now I can play clarinet duets with either a flute or oboe as the second player.. Very worthwhile to own this book The duets are on an advanced level and sound lovely with flute and clarinet. The flute and clarinet share melody lines and they are fun to work on.
