Nice art, interesting text but all printed too small Parka [[VIDEOID:68f738f7bee1755f84b0c8dc9c3c6132]]A Bowl of Olives is a delightful book on food and cooking, and all things related.The book features mainly watercolour illustrations by Sara Midda with occasional photographs. The artworks are lovely. They can be the different leaves used in salads, picnic baskets, utensils and crockery, colour swatches created from basket of fruits, food wrappers, flowers in vases used to decorate dinne. Five Stars A very beautifully illustrated and designed book. The book is scaled just right for the tiny water colors.. Jason Kirkfield said Lovely, if you can see it. When I reviewed Sara Midda's Growing up and Other Vices several years ago, I lamented the book's small size. Nearly all of her books have been published by Workman Publishing, and obviously she has strong ties to the publisher; this book is dedicated (on two separate pages) to both Peter and Carolan Workman. But why do they insist on printing Sara's art so small? Do peregrine falcons comprise the bulk of her readership? Does this
