Hard to believe it's only his first book! :-) Cake Is Good I am so ecstatic to be the owner of this book in it's physical form and have it on my bookshelf next to all my other favourite authors! It's a good read that anyone can enjoy. Good characters with meaningful relationships, plenty of action, and a very well thought out storyline for a first book! I was hooked from the very beginning and it was a thrill to see what would happened next each time I picked it up to read more! I eagerly await the 2nd book in the Ascendant Untempered series!.
