These books have so much information on exercises you can do at work and home to stay fit without having to spend a lot of time or money to do it. Along with excellent options for exercise, this book has great Paleo recipes to help you stay on track. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.. Amazing value!!! 3 books for .99c? How is this possible???!!! Nicely written books that I have been reading over the past week on my iphone at work at lunch breaks. If you work in an office you really do need to do some sort of exercise during the day as 8 hours is too long for your body to be inactive. These three book will keep me going for a long time to come! Recommended!
