It breaks down the concept of applying improvisation to the workplace in order to generate "out of the box" ideas. But rather than speaking in vague terms, it offers specific tips and exercises to realistically incorporate the process into the workplace and explains the science behind the application. It's so much more than one of those feel-good, if-you-can-visualize-it-you-can-make-it-happen titles you find all over.
