Cutoff pages The scanning in this edition was not well centered and one or more lines were lost from the bottom of each page, including some obviously important sentences. If this problem was fixed, it would be a very valuable resource. As it is, it's worth having, but an aggravating read.This book, in its entirety, is available as a free E-book on Google.
