Sami said Not for parents of more dependant kids. This book is great when your child on the spectrum is one of those quirky kids who can basically do almost everything that "normal" kids can do but are just a little special. On the end of the spectrum where kids are more dependant, this book was a little painful. It saddened me.. Wonderful book for ASD parents/family/friends My son was recently diagnosed with ASD. This book was wonderful for me to read during my "grieving period." Most of the stories made me cry, but I also laughed and was filled with hope for my own son as I read. The book is very touching and uplifting, as all Chicken Soup books are. I also love that the s. A. MILLER said SUCH A WONDERFUL READ!. Such a great read for anyone that has a loved one, friend, family member, or has any form of autism. I was struggling with my son's diagnosis with Asperger's, and this really helped. It contains lots of wonderful stories of people who have experienced autism first hand. It's heartwarmingit will make you
