DESCRIPTION:
masterful historical novel, full of mystery and romance MandyT I didn't want to put this one down. From the beginning we're drawn into the tension of Domina's almost impossible situation, as she attempts to hold her life (and the lives of those around her) under control even under the direst of circumstances. She is smart, determined, and strong--yet we see her vulnerability, and we feel how sometimes she's only holding on by a thread. I thought the author did a fabulous job showing how Domina was able to quickly adapt to obstacles, as well as how she slowly, in spite of herself, let down h. Another fun story, Once again I can say I really enjoyed this book! Choose the Sky, is the second book in her new series. I read all of her previous books which were set in Regency England and loved the mixture of mystery and romance. Nervous, I received copies of her new medieval series- the Swordcross Knights: I've never been pulled to read books in this time period. Knowing how much I enjoyed Elizabeh Cole, however, I jumped in. Really, the books do for me what I expect reading to do. They pull me in and help me forget the real drama going on i. Another good read Kindle Customer This the second story is a series about young men in 13th century England who grow up together in training as knights forging a lasting friendship that lasts a lifetime. Book 2 is a love story with everything for anyone who reads; intrigue, romance, mystery, surprise and a HEA. I liked both the H/h. The H was strong enough to support a very smart, independent h. An unusual story line for that time period but it worked. It is a very good historical romance and not to be missed!
The first clues lead him directly to the Lady Domina.
