DESCRIPTION:
YES, I TAKE THIS QUEST! This book was lovely. I love how the author has taken old legends and fairytales and retold them and how she has named the kingdoms (I'm guessing) after real countries. She also includes Christianity, by another name, in her books. God is called "The Author", appropriate for a world named Bookania. She included concepts in this book that she introduced in the first book. She has thought of so m. Rebekah Goodwill said I do!. Once again, we are transported to the world of Bookania, where old legends and familiar fairytales come to lifeand receive Miss Ardnek's special touch. In this volume, we meet Arthur, prince of Britton, whose uncle Mordeth seems intent on keeping the throne to himself. Arthur's friend, a mysterious old man he calls Grandfather, convinces Arthur he needs some allies to help him take his rightful. Yet now that he's of age, Mordreth seems to have no intentions of relinquishing the throne. So the old man takes things into his own hands and whisks Arthur off to the wedding of a fellow prince, with the intention of finding him some allies. All is not right at the wedding, however. If only he had more than just his two servants and the old man he met in the woods for friends
