The book is detailed - and that will not please anyone who wants to just "have a good read about the golf swing". But if you want to really help your swing, this book is for you. I took two pages of notes as I read the entire book in a single day, and then I clarified those notes down to some major points that I took to the driving range. After a single practice session, I played 18 holes and as an 8 handicap I shot 75, and I did it with good ball striking, not short game.
