"A book of two-story house plans." according to Pragmatic Reviewer. Not really too much to say about the book. It is exactly what it says it is, a book full of two story home plans, with purchasing options and order forms.My wife and I are in the process of searching for land to build a home and wanted a book of plans to peruse to find something we like. This is one of several books we purchased from different designers. That's key, if you're looking for varying house plans be sure to get a book created by a different architect firm and designers. Otherwise you'll likely see the same or very similar plans. On the plus side, you have . Lots of "open to below" plans K. Lynn I was looking foward to this book. However, I was a little disapointed that nearly all the plans had "open to below" areas on the second floor. I understand this from a design standpoint. Maybe that it what most people want. But to me that open area is just a wasted area. I would rather have seen more options that had a "full" second story..
