Most books in the Essentials series contain a wealth of information and tips, although some of them may be more appropriate for graduate students and beginning professionals than more experienced individuals. This is not the case for the Essentials of NEPSY-II Assessment. The information on administration, scoring, and interpretation is essentially what can be found in the manual! This is especially surprising to me given that the manual neglects to cover some questionable responses and potential pitfalls during administration and scori. read the manual jaenai this book does not offer enough much more than the accompanying manuals do, which i think is made even worse because it is written by the test's author. it was a disappointing purchase.. NEPSY-II Carroll R Thomas Covers all my needs for interpreting NEPSY-II subtests. I highly recommend buying this book if you are a school psychologist or student in graduate school.
