Great Resource BluIgwana I found this to be more useful than other resume books because it was current AND was geared towards our industry. The reference samples and layout ideas gave me the "jump start" I needed.. "Some good info but very dated" according to Amazon Customer. For someone in just about any other field, the overall content might be useful. For computer professionals, the 2011 third edition STILL needs an update.Most notably, the content needs to be tailored to IT professionals. For example, in the past 10 years that I've been in the IT field (and it's actually been longer), I'm NEVER asked for a paper/printed hard copy. I may bring extras to an interview, but I'm never, ever asked for hard copies anymore. So I have to ask if any of the material on this topic is even necessa.
