A said Not to beat a dead horse, but. I have to echo everyone's sentiments here. The content is concise and would be an excellent quick-reference guide. One of the oral/maxillofacial surgery residents rotating through anesthesia absolutely swore by it, and I can see how it could serve as a critical quick-and-dirty reference. Hillary said Great content, but have to agree about the binding. I love the content of this book, but I've had the same problem with the binding. The first time I tried to crack the binding a little, an entire section popped out. I really like the content and plan to get the book bound. I don't want to give the book a bad review just because of the binding, but the publisher really needs to fix this problem.
