The TITLE does not represent the CONTENT at all marstf I was looking for a book that presented the basics of "Construction, Management and Maintenance" of Highways, exactly as book's title.At the time of purchase, there was not the "Look inside" option to check if the contents match the title, neither a good description abou the book.For my disappointment, the book is a compilation of some point of views around the Highway subject, but it is not a reference book where you could learn about Highway's "Construction, Management and Maintenance".I'm not criticizing the articles, maybe they might be good.
