This is a part of the 20,000 thousand mile journey, from coast to coast. The author follows the season from the east coast to the west coast, making observations and sharing h. This book, like all of this naturalist's other books, is a gift to those of us who grew up thinking about things his way but never encountered another soul who might have made mention of their thoughts this way. As adults, and as we take on more and more responsibilities as we add on the years.we begin to freely think of what we value.more and more.
