DESCRIPTION:
In this third edition, I have added a substantial amount of new information and broadened my explanations and descriptions of many of the basic principles and processes of storage and cooking with wheat and other whole grains and legumes. Many of the improvements in the book came as a result of questions, feedback and criticism from readers of the earlier editions. For this, I am grateful. It includes a lot more information on various types of grains, food storage, and how to cook them.Since I am highly interested in developing some bread making skills, this book is helpful to me.. Judith said Wheat Basics and more. Good book if you are into using fresh ground wheat and stuck on one recipe only. Basically, everything you wanted to know and then some is in this book.
