"Decent book" according to J. Carbone. I am currently an IT analyst in a Health Care setting and an avid reader. I decided to start readig about Healthcare IT topics and since I cannot afford to pay for grad school I figured atleast I could start learning on my own. Hence, I bought this book used for about $25, I don't think it is worth more than that. It gives the reader a basic foundation of HCIS's (Health Care Information Systems), the key points to evaluating them, implementing them, etc. It is a little outdated but that was to be expected.
