Light on academics, unimpressive overall This book did not have nearly as much academic content as I would have liked. Basically it was a description of several movies that have a mild mathematical element. I ended up not using any activities from this book, and giving it away. Perhaps at an elementary level (early, early, grades) it would be more doable to divulge heavy time in a pseudo-academic activity. At a middle school, I found it impossible. If you are a teacher looking to get away from heavy academics for a day or two, I suppose this could be helpful.
