Amazon Customer said I could possibly fail because this book is a fail. Purchased this book because it is the latest edition for the medical surgical certification. It was also recommended on the ANCC website. However, as I am going through the information, I can't help but notice a few errors in the information provided. For example, oliguria was listed under the considered symptoms of hyponatremia. Hypervolemia was also described as an ECF fluid volume DEFICIT when it should have been overload. How am I to rely on this book with assisting me pass the exam when it's a fail in providing accurate information?! It doesn't deserve a single star at all..
