"A great IP text book" according to Blanca M.. I got the first edition of this book because it was the required text for a course I took in UC Berkeley a number of years ago. I have been practicing IP law for about 10 years and I still use it as a quick reference (I also obtained the 2nd Edition). In my opinion this is a very well done book and an useful tool for someone who wants to have the overall picture of a complex issue.. "JUST PERFECT" according to Shappy. I want to first start off by saying that i am a college student who bought this book on amazon instead of the arm n leg bookstores. This book came on time and in the condition it said it was going to arrive in. I am planning on buying all my books for Law School on this site. You don't have to spend a thousand dollars on books to get good quality, all you need to know is that this website is basically the best way to buy any good you need, including college textbooks!!! I do not regret this purchase at all, if i only knew this website existed when i first started my undergrad years, i would ha. 200+ pages of useless copyright info. Charles A useless text for the real world. Patent paralegals are in demand and this book does not help prepare them. Copyright prosecution for paralegals is limited to finding the proper form that the client can fill-in themselves.A waste of paper!
