I bought the book during the summer before 6th grade while at Barnes & Noble during a family vacation and it was actually pretty helpful.You can't really expect to read this and have no troubles though,because you. It's been a while since I read it, but I was looking over it the other day and it really is a good book to read BEFORE middle school. A lot of it focuses on preparation and "the first day", so I wouldn't suggest reading it in the middle of the year but do read it! It's a well written
