Great book for beginning readers. Northern_grl I love this series of scripture books. The pictures are beautiful and the stories are well selected and age appropriate for small children. Sturdy board books. My children use these to write talks for primary. The stories are clear and easy to understand. Great to find them on Amazon!. Not Impressed. The photos in this book and retelling of the stories left MUCH to be desired. This did not captivate my children at all or help them develop any greater interest or love for scripture. The stories are so incredibly bland and void of detail. Reading from the actual scritpures was far more interesting for my 2, Not Impressed. mom2three The photos in this book and retelling of the stories left MUCH to be desired. I prefer the first book in the series, but this is still a good board book for children. The first one is in a good chronological order. This book skips a lot more and tells other important stories. It's good for young children. Both of our children really enjoy the book and ask every night to read more from it.
