Assembled by hand using traditional methods, the Plus 8 had a uniquely nostalgic flavor and was, in many ways, the last of the traditional ‘hairy-chested’ British sports cars, combining old-fashioned styling with prodigious power. Inaccurate The Harried Homemaker Accuracy is not this books forte. The writer is not a Morgan enthusiast or specialist, simply a reporter making some money part time as he has done before with other marques. It was apparently written to cash in on the Morgan 100 year anniversary and the Morgan company obviously exacted the inclusion of advertising co. A Morgan Book Number Six Delivery was great, but the book has a lot to be desired. I guess I bought it just to have in my Morgan library. So, basically, what it does is fill shelf space. Two really good books are:Morgan Exploration and Morgan Centenary 2009: these are worth the money!. "Worthwhile to fans of British sportscars!" according to Dave Murphy. Nice organized way of telling about the changes in the Morgan Plus 8 over the years.
