A solid, quality Bible G. Newman First of all, the New American Standard Bible is a wonderful translation; the updated version made it even better. Zondervan puts their NASB text in paragraph form, unlike the Foundation's editions. This does add to the ease of reading and comprehension.The print in this edition is large, not giant, but comfortable to read. What stands out most is the darkness of the print, both black and red, that also contributes to ease of reading.The center column references are quite thorough with many optional readings of words and passages in th. Great Value! Maverick The NASB is a highly accurate translation, and the cross-references and translators' notes in this edition make it a great choice for solid Bible study. For a relatively small-sized Bible the large print (which is also dark and bold) is amazing. The words of Christ in red are aesthetically pleasing, and a helpful tool in locating certain passages. This Bible is sewn (not glued) so lays flat on the table. For the price it is amazing value. I've got the burgundy bonded-leather edition. If you already know your way around the Bible DON'T .
