Steven R. said So-So Book in Need of Some Refinement. The content that the author is trying to present is very useful and relevant. However, the presentation is atrocious. Besides the numerous "diagrams" that are so complex they defeat the purpose of a visual aid, the writing is riddled with run-on sentences and nonsense statements (filled with buzz words of course). This book would be much better if more effort were put into clearly and concisely conveying the information, rather than rambling on.. Highly Recommended.
