DESCRIPTION:

"Bad writing" according to Isabel Martinez. A lot of the writing is grammatically incorrect. There are many sentences that are run-ons. The flow is difficult to follow. This book covers a lot of material, but it is poorly written. I wish my professor had picked a better book to use in my class. I am sure there are lots of other college-level and graduate-level textbooks about public personnel management.Bad book. Don't buy if you don't have to.. "Confusing" according to Antionette Broadnax. I brought it for a class I am taking. The author's writing is sometimes overly complicated and confusing. I do not recommend it.. Four Stars Very well written and easy to comprehend. Will be a great reference to any professional's library.
