Some of the symptoms of deficiency were missed, but again, the bigger points were touched upon.It is a good book for an in depth look at the most commonly caused problems and symptoms. Food with natural b12 is covered.Ignore the information about how to inject yourself. A medicine vial is not spelled vile, and the fact this was missed let's me know the person writing was lacking in nursing skills. Betadin
