Slipknot Unmasked (Again)

# Read * Slipknot Unmasked (Again) by Joel McIver ✓ eBook or Kindle ePUB. Slipknot Unmasked (Again) Surprisingly Interesting according to BrutalNoodle. Not being much of a Slipknot fan, I wasnt expecting much from this book. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. Its very in-depth in regards to how this band came to be & chronicles its success quite well. It provides a look into the their personal lives as well as their public persona. A sprinkling of the McIver trademark humor is always a good thing. Even though I dont much care for the band this is indeed a good read. Im to the point

"Surprisingly Interesting" according to BrutalNoodle. Not being much of a Slipknot fan, I wasn't expecting much from this book. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. It's very in-depth in regards to how this band came to be & chronicles its success quite well. It provides a look into the their personal lives as well as their public persona. A sprinkling of the McIver trademark humor is always a good thing. Even though I don't much care for the band this is indeed a good read. I'm to the point now where I look forward to reading Joels books, no matter the subject.. "good but" according to A Customer. this book was great, butit didnt show their faces enough if it did at all.if you want a movie that shows their faces through the whole movie (just about) i know the perfect movie. The Knot Gone Wild.check that movie out.but anywaythe book was great. it kept me interested throughout the whole book. from the biginning of the bands' stardom to present day.if you're a Slipknot fan, you should definalty get this book.

The various members have guested on other artists' records and big selling side projects including "Stone Sour" and "Murderdolls".. The book covers various personnel changes that have occurred over the years, their image (they wear masks and overalls) and their frenzied stage antics resulting in members injuring themselves. This edition brings the Slipknot story up to date detailing their activities in 2001 and 2002, including the release of their platinum alboum "Iowa" which topped the charts worldwide and produced several singles. Chronologically, this updated biography deals with the band's mid 1990s formation in Iowa and reveals previously unknown facts about their origins, the author having tracked down and interviewed two founder members and the producers of their first demo. The also provided previously unpublished pictures of the band for this book
