DESCRIPTION:
Very disjointed conversations. Hard to follow. As much as I tried to like this book I just couldn't.Ended up skip reading, which is never good.. "Skewed dialog and perceptions converge on insightful story." according to A Customer. Sarah Dreher creates an interesting mystery with more than interesting characters. Their idiosyncrasies and annoying change of subject's (Stoner sure got annoyed), eventually penetrated my dull wits with the multi-layered portrait of complex and wonderful relationships. By the end of this book I didn't really care if the bad guy got it, but I did want to find out if Stoner got the girl.. Roocifer said Stoner Mctavish. This is a classic. The characters are ecentric and a delight. The story is set in splendor.Stoner Mctavish covers a range of emotions and is funny to read. My copy is thread bare.
