For everyone else, there is a newer translation available which is much more 'availa. R. Lemarchand said Amazing, but horrible translation. The content of the book is amazing (Shigeo Shingo is a visionary) but this translation of his work is just horrible - I haven't read the newer translation but it can't be much worse than this one
